Some tasks can take a minimal amount of time, around 5-10 minutes, where others can take hours. It’s highly dependent on the complexity of the task requested by the client. I aim to complete tasks as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality, ensuring I keep the task updated as much as possible.

100% yes! You can request as many tasks as you wish to be completed. It’s up to you to prioritise these tasks accordingly, however I am always happy to help and provide guidance where required. The time spent to complete will vary based on the tasks complexity, so it won’t be enough to create a single task asking for a “full SEO strategy”.

I do not require any fixed term or lengthy contracts to start work, as I believe that frequent and transparent communication lends to long-term partnerships. My intention is to provide unbiased expertise to help grow your business as needed, encouraging subscription clients to continue to utilise my services each month based on the expertise and value I provide.

I’ll send through a proposal to review and sign before any work begins, confirming the scope of work available based on your chosen plan. Plans can be cancelled at any time with one month’s notice, with the exception of website development plans which are a minimum commitment of 6 months. (given the $0 upfront costs associated)

Plans do include website maintenance and backups etc, but not actual site development. I do provide base website development plans, but they are only included on a 6-month minimum commitment. This includes $0 upfront charges and the ‘Cruisy’ digital support plan. It’s a great way for growing brands to start and find their place on the web.

All of my pricing is inclusive of everything you need from a consulting perspective, however there are some exceptions to the rule depending on your needs. This is especially true when it comes to software and technology.

For example, email marketing campaigns require a CRM to work with. Automations require software licensing, like Zapier, Make or ActivePieces. Even Privacy Policies and Terms and Conditions require legal fees.

I can help in most cases with some software and licensing, but there could be additional costs depending on what you need. As always, let’s have a chat first and I can help paint a picture of what’s required. (if anything)
